|Recommended: YesOverall Fantastic — My experience has been wonderful so far. The biggest frustration was the package room, however that has been resolved. I do wish more residents followed the mask wearing guidelines while in communal spaces.
|Recommended: YesOverall Good Place To Stay But There Is Room For Improvement — Generally a good place to stay that is convenient to various amenities and classes. But there is also room for improvement. Management is sometimes disorganized and offer conflicting information, and dealing with delivery packages can be a nightmare at times often need to check multiple locations when looking for my packages .
|Recommended: YesPretty Good Experience Overall — It is a pretty nice, comfortable, and convenient place to live.
|Recommended: YesGym Availability — Usually max 4 people at the gym so far. The openness especially during this time is great.
|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — My apartment at the Pavillion was clean upon arrival and it seems very nice The sinks, blinds, and all those crevices that can get weird were clean. I can't hear my neighbors and I like the layout. The property staff are friendly and helpful, but there seem to be some organizational issues. Packages are not distributed properly or consistently, visitor parking passes are required per signage but not available, and toner hasn't been replaced in the printer. Because it is a dog friendly apartment building and people are the worst, there is some dog poop around the property.
|Recommended: YesOld, But Decent — Good, but a bit pricey
|Recommended: YesExcellent Location. Very Nice Building. Furniture Rental Isn't Worth It — The property and people are very nice. The apartment is clean and fairly quiet can hear upstairs walking and air handler is always buzzing in the apartment . The flooring is cheap and should be updated for the price of the unit vinyl and old carpet . I opted for the furniture package, but have been replacing every piece. It's just not good quality, not comfortable, and not attractive. I understand not wanting to put too much money into the rental furnishings, but they shouldn't even offer the furnished option as it is currently.
|Recommended: YesI Think It's Really Nice — I would tell them that it's a lovely building, within walking distance of everything a law student might need.
|Recommended: YesNice Overall, But Some Needed Improvements. — The units are nice, but the fitness center one of the building's main appeals is horrendous. For 1700 month for a 1-bedroom, this amenity should be immaculate. The machines are broken i.e. the cables get stuck and are visibly unkept there is mold mildew on the ceiling in the area beside the air conditioning vent, which raises questions about the air quality in general. I urge the Pavilion staff to address these deficiencies as soon as possible.
|Recommended: YesIt It Appears To Be Very Friendly And Relaxed. Beautiful Place — It’s like going on vacation to Orlando, Florida
|Recommended: YesGood Experience - But Noise From Neighbor Has Become An Issue — Overall I've had a good experience living in the building. The staff are friendly and attentive and I have had no major issues with the actual building itself. My only problem recently has been the noise that I've been hearing from a particular neighbor that has become really hard to deal with. Outside of that, all other things are good.
|Recommended: NoIt's Fine — Really not worth how much we pay for it. I wouldn't recommend.
|Recommended: YesHome Away From Home — Many have already asked this question, and my response has always been, it's the perfect location. The staff is amazing, effective professionally while personable. The access and placement you have in relation to UVA and the Barracks road shopping center is ideal. For someone who is new to the area, I could not ask for much more
