|Recommended: YesA1 — Pav is a wonderful, wonderful place to live. Aside from the top-notch amenities pool, gym, coffee machine in lobby, etc , the staff is incredible too. Maintenance is not only super responsive and timely, but they are also friendly and kind. Signing with Pav is also a pleasure in itself, thanks to Mitchell Waranch. Mitch is so kind, with a huge heart for his residents, and wonderful at his job. He handles even the most stressful leasing situations with grace, and exemplifies just one of many reasons why the Pavilion at North Grounds is a wonderful place to live.

|Recommended: YesLooks Great On The Outside — Noise is a real problem here. The walls are too thin. Also, the fire alarm went off at 4 am a couple of weeks ago, and it took 50 minutes AFTER the fire department left there was no fire for the alarm to be turned off. Paying as much as we do for rent, that was unacceptable, particularly when the community is primarily students who have classes in the morning.
|Recommended: NoProperty Is Nice, Although It Is Poorly Managed — The apartment is furnished properly, but the maintenance services are slow. Recently the fire alarm in the building went off at 4 AM in the morning, and it took them more than 1 hours and 15 minutes to fix it there was no fire in the building . Response was very poor and all residents were standing out in the cold.

|Recommended: YesNice And Average At The Same Time — On the surface, the property and apartments are nice and modern but there's been many issues since we moved in, which was three weeks ago.
|Recommended: YesGreat Now, But Moving In Was Terrible — Overall the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the location is incredibly convenient.
I had a terrible experience moving in however. Although I was supposed to have a furnished unit, and I called several times in the days leading up to my move in day to confirm that this would be the case, the unit was bare when I got here. When some furniture pieces were finally brought, the desk was filthy covered in grime, rust, and even a cigarette butt in the drawer and I had to request a functional one. I also received the wrong set of keys upon arrival, and it took a couple of days to get the correct set. I was just fortunate that my roommate was around and was able to let me in and out of the apartment.
